Blanking separation tool / lower blanking tool

According to the layout we produce the optimum blank separating tool.

The lower tools fundamentally work in two systems:

• with a strip by strip benefit arrangement we create the tool in the angle lock system. The steel bars are precisely bent, welded and used in a frame with a bending machine.
• For benefit arrangements with a double strip we create the tool with a steel grid substructure. Steel plates and steel bars are lasered, put together, welded and a wooden plate is mounted at the top.
